John 9:1-3
"As he passed by, he saw a man blind from his birth. And his disciples asked him, "Rabbi, who sinned, this man or his parents, that he was born blind? Jesus answered, "it was not that this man sinned, or his parents, but that the works of God might be made manifest in him

the man was blind from birth, but the disciples ask if the blindness was caused by some sin this man committed. it seems that they are asking if ti was a sin this man committed before he was born, or in other words a sin from a past life, which caused the blindness. Jesus doens't tell them that is a silly notion, he simply says "it was not due to something this man did before birth."

This passage seems to show that the disciples knew of reincarnation, and Jesus didn't correct them, but rather supported their belief while stating it was not the cause.

are there any other passages in the bible which seem to support the possibility of reincarnation?

Paul Speaking to the Corinthians (1st Cor chapter 5, beginning at verse 9)
I wrote to you in my letter not to associate with sexually immoral people—not at all meaning the sexually immoral of this world, or the greedy and swindlers, or idolaters, since then you would need to go out of the world. But now I am writing to you not to associate with anyone who bears the name of brother if he is guilty of sexual immorality or greed, or is an idolater, reviler, drunkard, or swindler—not even to eat with such a one. For what have I to do with judging outsiders? Is it not those inside the church whom you are to judge? God judges those outside. Purge the evil person from among you.

As Christians, we are to hold each other accountable [Hebrews 3:13], sharpening each other as Iron Sharpens Iron [Proverbs 27:17].

As we do this however, we should keep in mind the words of Christ in Matthew 5:21
"You have heard that it was said to those of old, You shall not murder; and whoever murders will be liable to judgment. But I say to you that everyone who is angry with his brother will be liable to judgment;

We must help each other grow, sometimes this requires some painful pruning, but it is for the better. However, we cannot self-righteously judge a brother to condemnation, as if we were the lawgiver [James 4:11-12]
Do not speak evil against one another, brothers. The one who speaks against a brother or judges his brother, speaks evil against the law and judges the law. But if you judge the law, you are not a doer of the law but a judge. There is only one lawgiver and judge, he who is able to save and to destroy. But who are you to judge your neighbor?

In humility we ought to love each other and in love we ought to have the courage to exhort one another to walk in Christ and leave sin at the door.

What was it about not liking the sin, but love the sinner?
I am not being sarcastic or instigating, a church is hospital for sinners, not a museum for saints.
What is the point of church if it casts out every person the just don't like? Sin has a side-effect of causing pain/"death-of-soul" if you will. No one is sinless/perfect (counting aside washing of blood of christ, people make mistakes and cast prejudgements on others), friend. While we may seek to emulate christ and at times even do things as he might have at times, we (saved) won't ever be perfect as he was. (unless you believe in diefication)
I truly wish you well and a good life.

its a contradiction. both of you are actualy right. and im pretty shure you both know the scriptures that say both sides. i think my point is pretty well proven and i didnt even have to say the scriptures this time.

Gal 5:22-23

But the fruit of the [Holy] Spirit [the work which His presence within accomplishes] is love, joy (gladness), peace, patience (an even temper, forbearance), kindness, goodness (benevolence), faithfulness, gentleness (meekness, humility), self-control (self-restraint, continence). Against such things there is no law [[a]that can bring a charge].
